The alpine Vino Amari.  A beloved, fading genre.  An Italian tradition, reborn.

  • 1/2 oz Laphroaig Scotch (or another very peaty Scotch)
  • 1/2 oz Teeling Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Pasubio
  • 1 oz earthy red wine (we recommend Zweigelt)
  1. Add Scotch, Whiskey, Pasubio, and red wine to a shaker over ice.
  2. Stir gently.  (Never shake anything pretty.)
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
