- 1/2 oz Laphroaig Scotch (or another very peaty Scotch)
- 1/2 oz Teeling Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Pasubio
- 1 oz earthy red wine (we recommend Zweigelt)
- Add Scotch, Whiskey, Pasubio, and red wine to a shaker over ice.
- Stir gently. (Never shake anything pretty.)
- Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
