Drawing inspiration from the biting brightness of Mommenpop's Pamplemousse vermouth, we've adorned the classic martini with a second layer of lean fruit, adding movement and verve to an otherwise bracing base of gin.  Playful Tomolives (pickled green tomatoes) stand in for the olives, keeping this easy and light.

  • 1 ½ oz No. 209 Gin
  • 1 ½ oz Mommenpop Pamplemousse Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Artemisia Æstas Bitters
  • 3 Old South Tomolives 
  1. Combine vermouth, gin, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with a generous amount of ice.  Stir gently.  
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the Tomolives (speared).
